Bookings for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Appointments & Booking

When booking an appointment through this website:

  • Appointment slots are subject to availability

  • Confirmation will be sent via email or phone

  • The practitioner reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments at their discretion.

 

4. Fees & Payments

  • All fees will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways

  • The website does not store any payment card details

  • Fees may change without prior notice, unless already confirmed for a session

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, in order to be eligible for a full refund

  • Rescheduling of a session must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are chargeable the full session amount

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per case basis

 

5. Client Responsibilities

By using the services, you agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time

  • Provide honest and accurate information

  • Respect professional boundaries

  • Use services for genuine therapeutic purposes only

Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of services.

 

6. Limitations of Service

This website and its services:

  • Are not suitable for emergency mental health situations

  • Do not provide 24/7 crisis support

  • Should not be used during suicidal crises or severe mental health emergencies

In such cases, users are urged to contact local emergency services or a mental health helpline immediately.

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of the practice unless otherwise stated and may not be:

  • Modified
