Service Description
The session will happen over Google Meet. The link will be shared via mail or Whatsapp once the payment is successful and the booking is confirmed. The session will start and end on time. Kindly make sure to read the Cancellation Policy below. Please Note: If you are a student residing in India looking for a concession, or if you are individual residing overseas please get in touch on sruthilaya.psy@gmail.com. Rates are subject to revision every calendar year
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, in order to be eligible for a full refund. Rescheduling of a session must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. A session can be rescheduled only once. Late cancellations or no-shows are chargeable the full session amount. A session will be considered No Show if the client does not log-in or turn up 20 minutes after the start of the booked session time. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on a per case basis.
